Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Terms of Use
This website (the “Site”) contains information about Kartos Therapeutics, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Kartos”). Your access to and use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by and to comply with this Terms of Use Agreement without limitation or qualification and you acknowledge that it supersedes any other agreement between you and Kartos regarding this subject matter.
If you do not agree with this Terms of Use Agreement, please exit and do not use the Site and do not send us your information. This Terms of Use Agreement may be revised by Kartos from time to time and you should therefore review it on your next visit to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any such revision will be deemed as consent to any new notice, term, or condition.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Kartos has made and will continue to make diligent efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, Kartos makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, that the information contained or referenced in the Site is accurate, complete, reliable or correct; that the Site will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You agree that all access to and use of the Site, any linked Site and the contents thereof are at your own risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you.
All statements and expressions on the Site are the sole opinion of Kartos and are subject to change without notice. Kartos is not liable for any investment decisions by its readers or subscribers. It is strongly recommended that any purchase or sale decision relating to securities be discussed with a financial advisor, or a broker-dealer, or a member of a financial regulatory body. The information contained on this Site has been provided as an information service only. Investors are cautioned that they may lose all or a portion of their investment in Kartos or any other company.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Kartos nor any party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site, or any linked website, shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access, use, or inability to use the Site or any linked website, or any errors or omissions in the content thereof. Kartos reserves the right to alter the content of the Site in any way (including removing links to any linked websites), at any time, for any reason, without prior notification, and will not be liable in any way for possible consequences of such changes. In addition, Kartos expressly disclaims any and all liability related to, arising from, or connected with a third-party linked website.
These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Kartos has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, Kartos’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and any exclusion or restriction on liability for death or personal injury arising from Kartos’s negligence or fraud will not apply if it is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
Kartos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate the Terms of Use Agreement. If your violation causes harm to others, you agree to indemnify and hold Kartos harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, or expense.

To the extent that such communication is fully anonymized or does not contain personal data, Kartos shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation and without compensation to such individual. To the extent that the individual is not personally identified or identifiable, Kartos shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such communication for any purpose without compensation to the individual, including without limitation for developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such information.
